One of women's dreams in life is that she can conceive her own child. This is what most women wish for especially when they are in a marriage relationship. They know that one thing that would make their husband happy and complete is to give them their own child to love and to take care of.
But we all know that being pregnant is a very crucial stage. This concerns the health of the mother and the baby. If the mother is healthy and takes the right diet and vitamins while pregnant, for sure the baby would be healthy.
Pregnancy is a very delicate nine months for the mother. She should take care of her body because it inevitably affects the baby in her womb as well. The first stage is often the most crucial stage, because some women find out late that they are expecting. Thus, they go on with their normal routine, not knowing that a child is already growing in their wombs.
And so, it is good to know the ten early signs of pregnancy to inform women. These are light spotting, more frequent urination, elevated body temperature, missing a menstrual period, fatigue, cramping, nausea, tender nipples and breast, darker areolas and constipation.
Before a woman undergoes menstrual period, she experiences spotting. This can appear pinkish or brownish, caused by the bleeding from implantation.
More frequent urination is experienced by women just before their missed period. This usually happens within 7 to 12 days after the ovulation. The changes in the body hormone of a woman are produced by the implantation of the embryo. The hormone that causes this is the "human chorionic gonadotropin" (hCG).
When you have an elevated body temperature you can also suspect pregnancy. Increased body temperature is caused by ovulation.
Missed period may be caused by many other reasons which include hormonal imbalance and illness. But one of the reasons in missing period is also pregnancy. Menstruation stops for nine months when an egg is fertilized.
Most pregnant woman experienced body fatigue more often than expected. The mother usually lacks energy because there are two persons using one single body energy - the mother herself and the baby. This causes fatigue and a feeling of being more tired than the usual.
Since the uterus of a pregnant woman contract more often and regularly, she would experience uterus cramping more often.
Nausea is one of the morning sickness that pregnant women experience. This can happen anytime of the day. For others, they experience vomiting instead of nausea. This symptom stops as the pregnancy progresses.
It will also be noticeable that nipples will be tender and soft. It will go back to normal when the hormonal levels have adapted.
If you have noticed your areola to have changed in color that it appears darker, then you can start suspecting that you are pregnant. Pregnant women have darker areola than the normal ones.
Constipation is also another sign of pregnancy. Your bowels changes as your tummy changes.
Some women experience one or two of these early signs. If you do, then you must suspect that you are pregnant. Have yourself checked by a doctor
