Some Healthy Nutrition Tips to Lose Body Fat and Get Ripped

can go into any gym in the world and spot most of the folks in there literally wasting their time. Sure, they are working their butts off but at the end of the day, they really haven't done a thing to lose body fat.
Some of it is do to pride (what worked in the past when I was 18 years old may not apply when you are 30). Or my well-meaning friend told me about this tip and she is hot. So it should work for me.
Well, the sad truth of the matter is this... MOST tips and suggestions are just that. Wishful thinking not based on real science.
However, the suggestions and tips you read in this article are based on real world advice. So listen up and listen good! :)
First of all, you need to throw out everything that you have heard about body fat loss. It is probably wrong. So my 1st suggestion would be to take it slow. Work on one small change each day or week for healthy fat loss.
You could start with one food item from the grocery store this weekend that won't spike your blood sugar, will control your appetite and burn your stomach fat.
Think of it this way, you can expect a elite athlete to eat junk food and expect a world record breaking performance. No, the best athletes control everything that goes into their bodies because they know that premium fuel is necessary to get the best performance. Well, this goes for you too. Focus on the best foods for your body, and your body will reward you by reducing body fat.
My understanding is eating proper foods is responsible for 90% of your fat loss. The rest is due to your workouts.
So eat "clean." No more refined sugars and greasy fried foods. But you won't have to make all these changes at once. Do follow my suggestion above and just make one small change at a time.
The next suggestion would be this, instead of eating the traditional 3 meals a day (or 2 meals a day for some folks), you can try to eat 6 small meals per day. Each meal should have some protein and foods rich in fiber.
The third suggestion I would make is to combine your new diet regimen with proper fat busting workouts. But keep your workouts short. Include both strength and interval training exercises.
Just doing those workouts with your new nutritional diet will work wonders for the health of your body and mind.
Eventually, you want to stop eating the traditional western diet which is the direct cause for the rising obesity and overweight epidemic that is sweeping across many developed countries.
So here it is again, move into a whole food diet. Incorporate strength and interval training workouts for maximum body fat loss.
